Here are mirrors for the first two episodes of Twilight abridged...

Part 1:

Part 2:

2 Options

Part 2 is now up on YouTube but it'll get taken down like the first part.

I have 2 options.

1) Complete the entire dub and upload it to megaupload, etc.
2) Wait for the DVD and then redub the entire thing

This had the potential to be an hilarious movie with lots of work put into it but due to Summit having a dick up their ass I won't be able to show it to the world.

Suggestions, please.

Dragonball Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!! Review

As I'm sure most of you know, Dragonball Z was treated to a new anime special earlier this year in celebration of Shonen Jump's 40th anniversary. It was first shown at conventions in Japan before being made available for free online. It will soon be released on DVD in Japan, and the dubbing company FUNimation are interested in releasing it in English.

I wasn't looking forward to the special, as new Dragonball material had let me down severely in the past. I almost even stopped being a fan after witnessing the horror that was Dragonball GT. I couldn't understand why Akira Toriyama let the series reach new levels of mediocrity with each new embarrassing installment. It was quite obvious that after the first couple seasons of Dragonball Z, Toriyama had stopped caring about the show.

That being said, everything before Cell was an absolute masterpiece. You could tell Toriyama cared about the characters and the story just enough to make you emotionally attached to them. You cared when Freeza killed Krillin, you felt Goku's pain, even though in the back of your mind you knew they would find a way to wish him back (one of my biggest complaints).

And everything felt like it was leading up to Namek's explosion. The entire series felt like it was about to end at that moment. We would be sad that we'd never see Goku again, but we'd also be glad that the series ended perfectly and with its dignity. We'd feel pity for Vegeta, hatred towards Freeza, sadness for Earth, and happiness for the universe.

But then Toriyama had to fuck it up.

But, that's a story for another day. For the time being, enjoy my video review for Dragonball Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!! And remember, it's only my opinion. I know a lot of people enjoyed the special. One of their main arguments is "It's just for fun! Don't take it seriously!" which would be a valid argument if it was fun. Oh, snap.
